Job summary

Headlight is seeking a licensed clinician to join a mission-driven team transforming mental healthcare. You will diagnose, treat, and monitor patients while collaborating with a supportive clinical leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure
• Master’s level degree or higher in related field
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in EHRs; familiarity with NextGen desired
• Strong computer literacy across common software

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
