Headlight in the United States is seeking clinicians to join a mission-driven team transforming mental healthcare. We offer clinician-led leadership, admin on autopilot, and innovative technology to focus on patient outcomes.

Join small teams of 10–12 with licensed clinical leads, flexible work options including hybrid or remote, and a base salary with billed-hour bonuses. Licensure is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in related field required.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist.
• Licensure in the applicable office location is required; associates/interns not hired.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans and adjust as needed.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and treatment updates.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
