Access Management is seeking an experienced Senior Community Association Manager to lead a portfolio of community associations in Celebration, FL. This role combines strategic oversight, office management, and team leadership, serving Boards as a trusted advisor and coaching ACAMs.

Qualified candidates possess an active Florida CAM license and 5+ years of management experience, with knowledge of Florida statutes and Vantaca.

Competenze

• Active Florida CAM license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5+ years of community association management experience, with senior-level or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Vantaca preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Florida statutes and community association best practices.

Mansioni

• Lead a portfolio of community associations, including HOAs, condominiums, and master planned communities.
• Coach and supervise Assistant Community Association Managers (ACAMs) and support staff.
• Oversee office operations, budgeting, and vendor management.
