Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• 4–5 years customer service and sales in financial services.
• NMLS registration required under SAFE Act.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses within 90 days.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 within 90 days; Series 63/66 within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income; generate client introductions to the right specialists.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experiences by resolving questions and complaints; drive engagement and education; meet activity goals.
• Risk Management: Execute transactions accurately and compliantly; aim for no controllable losses.
