Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses within 90 days.
• FINRA SIE within 90 days of licensure.
• FINRA Series 6 within 90 days of licensure.
• FINRA Series 63/66 within 90 days of Series 6 licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support sales targets and cultivate client referrals to advisers.
• Resolve client questions and complaints with timely follow-up.
• Maintain compliant banking transactions and processes.
• Lead moderate special projects and trainings as needed.
• Engage in discovery-based conversations to tailor financial advice.
