Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Behavioral Specialist (LBS/BSC) to conduct functional behavior assessments and design behavior analytic interventions under BCBA supervision. The role collaborates with a clinical team to implement programs across settings, developing progress plans and supervising ABA staff.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, state licensing preference, and at least two years of ABA experience with youth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field required.
• PA Behavior Specialist License preferred.
• 2 years experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents.
• Clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, Federal) current within 90 days.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Conducts FBAs/BSPs under BCBA supervision.
• Develops/updates individualized ABA interventions.
• Supervises ABA therapists on their teams.
• Drafts IEPs/goals and submits to supervisor.
• Prepares progress reports and tracks goal status.
