Passionate Thoughts Behavioral Counseling & Evaluation Servi seeks a qualified clinician to administer and evaluate behavioral assessments, and to develop goals for home, community, and school settings. You will design behavior support plans aligned with functional analyses and ensure accurate data collection to monitor progress.

The role requires a Master’s degree and a license in psychology or related field, with the ability to supervise staff and educate caregivers, teachers, and therapists

• License in psychology, counseling, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Administers and evaluates behavioral assessments.
• Develops individualized goals for home, community, and school.
• Designs behavior support plans per functional analyses.
• Maintains data observation and measurement for progress.
• Oversees treatment plans and updates as needed.
• Provides parent education and coordinates with professionals.
• Completes initial evaluation for behavioral analytic service.
• Supervises BHT-ABA according to IBHS regulations.
