Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment-driven ABA programs for children with ASD. You will develop BIPs, supervise staff, and coordinate care with families and multidisciplinary teams.

We offer an integrated care model with robust training, flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Expect daytime hours with 2 evenings per week, and strong support within our BCBA community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in NC.
• Experience coordinating ABA services with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and FBAs; identify target behaviors.
• Develop individualized BIPs based on assessment outcomes.
• Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs/RBTs and other team members.
• Monitor progress toward treatment goals and adjust plans.
• Ensure accurate data collection for behaviors and objectives.
• Analyze treatment data to guide decisions and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing training to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists.
• Communicate updates to families and stakeholders.
