First Children Services is seeking a Behavioral Specialist (LBS/BSC) in Montgomeryville, PA. The role conducts functional behavior assessments, designs and supervises behavior interventions, and supervises ABA therapists.

A Master’s degree and PA licensure are preferred, with 2+ years of ABA experience and required clearances. The position supports a team of clinicians, includes supervisory duties, and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field.
• PA Behavior Specialist License preferred.
• 2 years experience developing and implementing ABA programs.
• Clearances (within 90 days): Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI.

Responsabilités

• Conduct FBAs/BSPs and develop data-driven behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Draft IEPs or insurance treatment goals and submit for supervisor review.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain timely submissions.
• Manage caseload data and track progress; ensure program integrity in CentralReach.
• Train and support BTs/RBTs, teachers, therapists, and families.
• Provide clinical supervision to BTs/RBTs and document supervision.
