Job summary
Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Licensed Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and adolescents. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants while collaborating with families, schools, and a multidisciplinary team.
Required PA LBS license; BCBA certification preferred. Center-based opportunities may be available in nearby areas; full-time and part-time roles.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health field required or preferred for licensure.
- Valid Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (LBS) required.
- BCBA certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Direct and supervise BHT-ABAs with training, modeling, rehearsal and feedback.
- Train caregivers and collaborate with schools on learner-focused outcomes and IEP/CASSP meetings.
- Monitor and analyze data to adapt programming; participate in supervision and team collaboration.
- Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
