Job summary

Health Education Assessment And Leadership Inc. seeks a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to deliver counseling, create individualized service plans, and coordinate services for individuals, families, and groups in our on-site Atlanta office.

You will conduct clinical assessments, lead group sessions, participate in supervision, ensure regulatory and credentialing compliance, manage confidential documentation, and collaborate with the CMO and staff to support diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Georgia licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• CME credits required to maintain license.
• At least two years of acute Behavioral Health experience.
• Experience with EHR systems (ECW) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and coordinates ISPs with patients and families.
• Conducts therapy sessions and comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Participates in supervision and team lead meetings.
• Maintains compliant documentation and regulatory records.
• Leads group counseling and crisis planning.
