Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• - Two years of related behavioral health experience.
• - Georgia driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts behavioral health assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
• Develops and manages individualized treatment plans.
• Provides individual, family, and group therapy services.
• Coordinates treatment services and interdisciplinary care.
• Maintains documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Participates in crisis intervention and discharge planning.
• Monitors consumer progress and treatment effectiveness.
