Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) required.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and providing performance feedback.
• Onsite role in Metro Atlanta with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Familiarity with DFCS, DBHDD, CARF, DATEP, and DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for DFCS and BH programs.
• Oversee intake, assessment, case management, and discharge processes.
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet quality standards.
• Lead internal audits and implement improvements.
• Offer individual and group clinical supervision to staff.
• Support staff development through training and coaching.
• Manage program operations and readiness for audits.
