Job summary

Benchmark Human Services seeks a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide clinical oversight and evidence-based behavioral support to individuals with IDD, autism, and co-occurring behavioral health needs in residential homes. You will develop and implement behavior interventions, train staff, and promote adaptive functioning and quality of life.

You will oversee behavior plans, supervise staff, and support transitions to less restrictive settings, with a manageable caseload of 8–10

Qualifications

• Current, active Arizona license to practice as a Behavior Analyst.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or severe maladaptive behaviors.
• Experience supervising behavioral staff and implementing ABA programs.
• Knowledge of residential/group home behavioral support systems.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a minimum of 10 hours of Clinical Oversight each week.
• Oversee functional behavior assessments, observations, data analysis, and clinical documentation.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and revise individualized behavior plans.
• Prepare Behavioral-Supported Group Home Oversight Meeting agendas and required clinical documents.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training on proactive strategies and de-escalation.
• Train and coach DSPs to implement behavioral strategies.
• Support transition planning to less restrictive settings.
