LEARN Behavioral is seeking an Assistant Behavior Analyst to provide clinical direction to technicians and oversee treatment for a client caseload under a Behavior Analyst's supervision. You will deliver protocol-driven assessments and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role requires BaCBA licensure or local license per statutes, with opportunities for professional development. You will work in a multi-site setting supportive of children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required to deliver ABA services.
• BaCBA license or equivalent as required by local statutes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol-driven assessment and treatment guidance to clients.
• Provide clinical direction to behavior technicians.
• Use data to drive programming and measure outcomes.
• Document services accurately and timely according to company policies.
• Complete required trainings and meetings and report concerns promptly.
• Provide feedback to staff and supervise one or more team members.
