Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation for members with challenging behaviors in Wilmington, NC. You will develop and implement individualized behavior support plans to improve outcomes and reduce target behaviors, following applicable policies.

Responsibilities include creating and overseeing Behavior Support Plans, observing and data collection, assessing progress, revising PBSPs, and delivering monthly training to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology required.
• Active licensure with NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board required.
• Criminal background check clearance and not listed in NC Health Care Abuse Registry; active NPI, CAQH, and NCTracks profile; professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1M/$3M.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs).
• Observe clients to identify challenging behaviors, record and analyze data, monitor plan implementation.
• Assess member progress and revise PBSPs to reduce target behaviors.
• Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques.
• Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, collaborate with care team.
• Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary.

Skills

Experience with I/DD autism TBI

Education

Master’s degree in ABA or Psychology

Licensed with NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board

Criminal background check clearance
