Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in North Carolina seeks a skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for members with challenging behaviors.

You will observe clients, collect and analyze data, oversee PBSPs, and collaborate with the care team. The role includes monthly training for staff and caregivers, caseload management, and tele-consultation as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology is required.
• Full licensure with the NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.
• Criminal background check clearance.
• Not listed in the NC Health Care Abuse Registry.
• Active NPI number, CAQH, and NCTracks profile.
• Professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million/$3 million.
• Experience working with individuals with I/DD, autism, or TBI preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with the NC Innovations Waiver program preferred.

Responsibilities
