Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in North Carolina seeks a skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst to provide specialized consultation and to develop individualized behavior support plans addressing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities include developing and overseeing behavior plans, observing and analyzing data, assessing progress, providing monthly training to staff and caregivers, and coordinating with the care team. Tele-consultation is available as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology.
• Full licensure with the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.
• Background check clearance and NCHealth Care Abuse Registry not listed.
• Active NPI number, CAQH, and NCTracks profile, and professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million/$3 million.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans, following Clinical Coverage Policy 8P.
• Observe clients to identify challenging behaviors, record and analyze data, and monitor plan implementation.
• Assess member progress, revise PBSPs as needed, and decrease target behaviors.
• Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques.
• Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and collaborate with the care team.
• Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary.
