Job summary

St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to plan and implement Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans. The role includes conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, SKILLS, FBAs), writing reports, and supervising ABA Therapists and RBTs.

You will analyze data, develop treatment programs, provide parent training, and ensure timely written reports while aligning with the organization’s mission and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• BCBA and LBA certification are required.
• Minimum 3 years of autism-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement ABA treatment plans.
• Complete assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, SKILLS, FBAs).
• Write assessment-based reports including treatment plans.
• Supervise ABA Therapists and RBTs
• Analyze goal and behavior data
• Provide parent training as approved by funder
• Attend department meetings and maintain timely reports
