Job summary

St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to plan and implement Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans for The Kids Department. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plan development, and supervision of ABA Therapists and RBTs.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education or related field.
• BCBA and LBA required.
• At least 3 years of experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans.
• Experience developing skill acquisition treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments including VB-MAPP, AFLS, SKILLS, and FBAs.
• Write reports with assessment results, treatment and behavior plans.
• Analyze goals and behavior data.
• Provide supervision to ABA Therapists and RBTs.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with programs and stimuli.
• Provide parent training as approved by funder.
• Provide feedback to staff for improvement and excellence.
• Submit written reports within established time frames.
• Foster practices aligned with mission and values and family-centered care.
• Ensure staff training and education opportunities.
• Work afternoons and evenings if needed.
• Participate in regular department meetings.
