Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina seeks a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our clinician-led team. This full-time role offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 with monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus, plus WFH options and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, mentor RBTs and ABATs, collaborate with peers, and analyze data to drive client outcomes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA, QBA or QASP-S certification required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
