Job summary

Terros Health in Tempe, AZ seeks a Licensed Associate Clinician for our Recovery Counseling Program at the Priest Dr. Health Center.

This full-time, employed role focuses on outpatient services including individual, group, and family counseling, with a strong emphasis on co-occurring mental health and substance use care. You will maintain clinical records, support treatment planning, and collaborate with case managers and medical staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Arizona license or eligible for Arizona license.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred.
• Proficient in CMS and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, group, and family counseling.
• Document charts, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Coordinate services with case managers and medical staff.
• Conduct home visits as required; may be limited.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, policies, and laws.
