Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Arizona license or eligible for Arizona license.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred.
• Proficient in CMS and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, group, and family counseling.
• Document charts, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Coordinate services with case managers and medical staff.
• Conduct home visits as required; may be limited.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, policies, and laws.

Providers, and other clinic staff.This position requires providing in-home counseling sessions as indicated, although it is a small part of the overall counseling activities.Services are provided according to all licensure, state, and federal laws, and TERROS Policies and Procedures.
