Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Licensed Associate Clinician for the Recovery Counseling Program at the Priest Dr. Health Center in Tempe, AZ. This full-time, in-office role offers day shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule with outpatient services.

Position includes full benefits, 401(k), and PTO. Licensure in AZ or eligibility is required; CQI/clinical supervision and ongoing professional growth are available to support licensure progression.

Role Summary

Terros Health is hiring for a Licensed Associate Clinician for our Recovery Counseling Program working at the Priest Dr. Health Center in Tempe, AZ

• $57,000 + for associate level therapists
• $70,000 + for independently licensed therapists

Clinician Duties Include:

• Providing outpatient individual, group, and family supportive counseling to clients.
• Charts progress, maintains clinical records, and ensures implementation of treatment plans.
• Monitors and follows up on client needs, does re-assessments as required or as needed.
• Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with case managers, Med. Providers, and other clinic staff.
• This position requires providing in-home counseling sessions as indicated, although it is a small part of the overall counseling activities.
• Services are provided according to all licensure, state, and federal laws, and TERROS Policies and Procedures. May sign off on non-licensed staff’s work.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a behavioral health field, Arizona license or eligible for Arizona license.
• Required- Experience practicing in one of the licenses listed below.
• Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)
• Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
• Licensed Associate Addiction Counselor (LAAC)
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Licensed marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
• Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC) by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and EHRs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have or be able to attain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of assuming role.
• Valid AZ Driver License. Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 22 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
• Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment
• Must pass a TB Test.
