Job summary

Terros Health seeks a licensed professional to provide outpatient behavioral health counseling at the 27th Ave Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The clinician will conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning for individuals, families, and groups, using evidence-based practices.

Experience with co-occurring disorders is preferred; licensure in Arizona (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.) in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Arizona licensed (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMSW etc.) in good standing.
• Experience with treating co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to clients ( adults, children, families, groups).
• Administer intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling.
• Maintain and chart clinical progress and treatment plans; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate services with state/federal/local agencies and referrals.
