Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field and AZ license in good standing.
• Experience treating co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Must pass background checks and TB and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to adults, children, adolescents, families and groups.
• Complete intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning.
• Maintain clinical records and coordinate with state/local agencies.
• Deliver services in the office or other approved service locations.
