Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Arizona license or eligible for Arizona license.
• Background check required per Terros Health and DCS policies.
• Must have or obtain Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 7 working days.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to clients (adults, children, families).
• Perform intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling.
• Chart progress and maintain clinical records; implement treatment/discharge plans.
• Monitor client needs and submit monthly service reports; coordinate with state/federal/local agencies.
• Deliver client-centered services in office or other approved locations.
