Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Licensed Associate Clinician for the Recovery Counseling Program at the Priest Dr. Health Center in Tempe, AZ. This full-time, in-office role offers day shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule with outpatient services.

Position includes full benefits, 401(k), and PTO. Licensure in AZ or eligibility is required; CQI/clinical supervision and ongoing professional growth are available to support licensure progression.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required or eligible for Arizona license.
• Experience in behavioral health settings and with co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Arizona licensure or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, group, and family counseling.
• Document progress and maintain clinical records and treatment plans.
• Coordinate services with case managers and medical staff.
• Deliver in-home counseling sessions as indicated.
• Ensure services comply with licensure, state and federal laws.
