Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician at the 27th Ave Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role blends group, individual, and assessment work with a focus on treating co-occurring disorders and providing outpatient counseling services.

Licensed clinicians or those with Master’s degrees in Behavioral Health are preferred. Salary is commensurate with licensure and experience, with bilingual differential pay for Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili, or ASL.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health field (e.g., MA, MC, MSW)
• Arizona LCSW/LPC etc in good standing (Temporary license not allowed)
• Experience treating co-occurring disorders preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to clients.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Chart progress, maintain clinical records, and ensure implementation of treatment plans.
• Monitor client needs and submit monthly service reports as required.
• Coordinate services with state, federal, and local agencies.
• Deliver client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals, families, and groups.
