Job summary

Sport Clips West Lafayette is looking for an Assistant Manager to run the floor alongside the Store Manager, coach the team, and deliver results that drive a thriving salon. You will lead by example behind the chair and help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles while mentoring stylists to improve client satisfaction scores.

This role offers strong earning potential with a base pay of $26–$35 per hour plus leadership pay, tips, and weekend bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license.
• Experience behind the chair and a track record of strong numbers.
• Natural leader: you’d rather help the team win than win alone.
• Reliable, organized, and available for weekends and key shifts.

• Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.

You're a strong stylist who's ready for more than a chair. At Sport Clips West Lafayette, the Assistant Manager runs the floor alongside the Store Manager, coaches the team, and gets paid for results — with a direct path to running your own store.
