Job summary

Sport Clips Carmel is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor alongside the Store Manager, coach the team, and grow into store leadership. You’ll lead operations, manage wait times, and ensure client satisfaction while still cutting hair.

This role offers strong earning potential: hourly pay $26–$35 with tips, bonuses, paid training, and opportunities to advance to a Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license.
• Experience behind the chair with strong numbers or drive to build them.
• Natural leader who helps the team win.
• Reliable, organized, and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when Store Manager is off, opening and closing, and keeping wait times down.
• Coach stylists on MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.
• Train as the next Store Manager and serve as the standard behind the chair.

Job description

You're a strong stylist who's ready for more than a chair. At Sport Clips Carmel, the Assistant Manager runs the floor alongside the Store Manager, coaches the team, and gets paid for results — with a direct path to running your own store.
