Job summary

Sport Clips Westfield is hiring an Assistant Manager to run the floor alongside the Store Manager and coach the team. You’ll earn $26–$35/hr with tips and bonus opportunities, while advancing toward a Store Manager role.

You’ll guide service quality, manage schedules, inventory, and team huddles, and demonstrate leadership behind the chair. Indiana cosmetology/barber license is required, and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record behind the chair with strong numbers or drive to build one.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when Store Manager is off, including opening/closing and managing wait times.
• Coach stylists on MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.

• Lead by example behind the chair and train to become Store Manager.
