Job summary

Sport Clips Geist is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor with the Store Manager, coach the team, and drive performance. Earn leadership pay, tips, and bonuses, with a direct path to owning a store. Location: Indianapolis, IN.

You will manage floor operations, coach stylists, help with scheduling and inventory, and lead team huddles while maintaining high service behind the chair. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license required.
• Experience behind the chair with strong numbers or drive to build them.
• Natural leader who prioritizes team success and customer satisfaction.
• Reliable, organized and available for weekends and key shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when Store Manager is off, opening/closing and controlling wait times.
• Coach stylists on MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory and team huddles.
• Set the example behind the chair while cutting and serving as the standard.
• Train as the next Store Manager with a clear promotion path.
