Job summary

Sport Clips Granger is seeking an Assistant Manager who will run the floor alongside the Store Manager, coach the team, and contribute to a direct path to store ownership. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong earning potential and a focus on client satisfaction.

You’ll lead by example behind the chair, train to become the next Store Manager, and help grow a high-performing team in a fast-paced barber shop environment in Granger, IN.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license.
• Experience behind the chair with a track record of strong numbers or drive to build one.
• Reliable, organized and available for weekends and key shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when the Store Manager is off, opening, closing and keeping wait times down.
• Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.
• Set the example behind the chair and be the standard.
