Job summary

Sport Clips Noblesville is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor alongside the Store Manager, coach the team, and drive results with a clear path to owning a store. You’ll lead by example behind the chair and shape the MVP experience for clients.

Job description

You're a strong stylist who's ready for more than a chair. At Sport Clips Noblesville, the Assistant Manager runs the floor alongside the Store Manager, coaches the team, and gets paid for results with a direct path to running your own store.

What you’ll make

• $26–$35/hr you're never working for commission alone
• Tips you're still behind the chair, and our guys tip well
• Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate
• Star Level pay bumps: hit your numbers and your hourly rate goes up, permanently Rising Star, Star, All Star, MVP, Platinum
• Quarterly Team Bonus: more $/hr for everyone when the store hits its goal and you're the one driving it
• Paid leadership training, no chemical services, no 12-hour days

What you’ll do
