Job summary

Sport Clips Kokomo is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor alongside the Store Manager, coach the team, and drive performance. You’ll lead operations, ensure client satisfaction, and set the standard behind the chair while preparing for the next Store Manager role.

You’ll earn $26–$35 per hour base with leadership pay, enjoy generous tips, weekend premium rates, and quarterly bonuses as the store hits goals. Paid leadership training and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license is required.
• Experience behind the chair with strong numbers or drive to build one.
• Natural leader who helps the team win together.
• Reliable, organized, and available for weekends and key shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when Store Manager is off, opening/closing, and keeping wait times down.
• Coach stylists on MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.
• Set the example behind the chair and maintain high standards as the frontline leader.
• Train as the next Store Manager and participate in leadership development.
