Job summary

Sport Clips, Inc. in Pickerington, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor with the Store Manager, coach staff, and drive performance. Expect a base pay of $26–$36 per hour plus leadership pay, with higher weekend rates and performance bonuses.

You’ll help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles, while training toward Store Manager responsibilities. A valid Ohio cosmetology or barber license is required and leadership potential is a key focus.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when the Store Manager is off, opening/closing, and reducing wait times.
• Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.
• Lead by example behind the chair and prepare for future Store Manager responsibilities.
