Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery across regions. You will ensure continuity of care and support the professional growth of teams, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining compliance with licensure and company standards, and managing scheduling and staffing needs to sustain excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC-approved program with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience requirement per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and staff needs.

Skills

Active state licensure

BA/BS in ABA or related field

Experience in ABA supervision

Education

Bachelor's degree with supervised hours
