Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and team growth. You will guide clinical judgment, lead regional teams, and ensure adherence to PBS Corp. standards of excellence while supporting staff development.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1,000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies/regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards in practice.
