Lucas Family Allstate Insurance Agency in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our established team. This role offers a long-term career path with base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, along with agency-provided leads and extensive training.

We provide health insurance, PTO, and a Monday–Friday schedule in a well-respected, collaborative office culture. Licensure in Property & Casualty is required before your first day, with licensing possible

The Lucas Family Allstate Insurance Agency is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our established team in Voorhees, NJ. Our agency has served the community from the same location since 1983 and has been under the same ownership since 2000.

We have been recognized and rewarded by Allstate multiple times for our sales performance and agency growth, and we're looking for another motivated professional who wants to contribute to that success.
