PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and professional growth for teams. You will coordinate with regional teams, maintain high standards, and support staffing, scheduling, and compliance with licensure and company policies.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.'s standards, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
