Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a bachelor’s program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and support supervisees’ professional development.
