Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will lead clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and staff development for the PBS team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field with licensure requirements.
• 1000 fieldwork hours and 1 year ABA experience required.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree with licensure requirements in ABA

1000 fieldwork hours and 1 year ABA experience

WAC 246-805-210 program graduate, 135 classroom hours in ABA topics

Supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230
