Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support staff growth. The role requires strong clinical judgment and leadership to uphold PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program and complete 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
