Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will apply clinical judgment, lead regional teams, and maintain PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence.

Ideal candidates are licensed, have ABA field hours, and meet state requirements; bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience
• 135 classroom hours in ABA topics (WAC 246-805-220)
• Supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
