Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking an LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will support clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and staff development to meet PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246‑805‑210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior‑analysis topics (WAC 246‑805‑220).
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246‑805‑230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
