Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) LABA/Program Manager oversees Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting professional growth for teams. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

The role requires active state licensure, a BA/BS with WA requirements, and supervised experience under WAC rules, with strong leadership and organizational oversight. Hybrid work potential and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Supervised experience required under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation such as E Sign and post-hire forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards aligned with licensure and certification.
