Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulation.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience with oversight duties.
• Graduation from a recognized bachelor’s program under WAC 246‑805‑210; 135 hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement per WAC 246‑805‑230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is accurate and timely.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
