Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and team growth. This role emphasizes strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership to meet PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC 246-805-220.
• Supervised experience required per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is complete.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
