Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 fieldwork hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246‑805‑220).
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246‑805‑230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards with licensure and certification requirements.
